Before you get started with using the application, make sure you have done the initial configuration. Then you can proceed with creating a first simple rule.
- Go to the Rule Editor Configuration folder → DealingDesk.Configuration.exe and double-click it;
- Log in with your dealer credentials;
Create a rule by giving it a Name and Enable it;
- Click Action;
In the Action window, specify a Delay = 1000;
- Click in the Action window and in the Main window.
The configuration then will create a rule that delays all the incoming trade requests by 1 second. You can test that Dealing Desk is working by placing an order from the client terminal and see if the execution is delayed.
