# 10. Reports (MT5 addon)
**Reports** is an additional component of Brokeree Dealing Desk solution distributed in a bundle with MT5 versions of the latter.

**NOTE:** MT5 Reports works in pair with Dealing Desk’s *MT5 Plugin* version only.
[MT5 Reports](https://support.metaquotes.net/en/docs/mt5/platform/administration/admin_reports) functionality allows brokers to be aware of a specific aspect of their activity, and, in case of Dealing Desk Reports, brokers can see the financial results of the solution’s operation, namely, how much money Dealing Desk has helped to earn through changing prices in the broker’s favor via Slippage management.
Once installed, Dealing Desk Reports can collect data about MT server’s prices and how the Dealing Desk solution changed them upon execution. It calculates the difference in points and outputs it in a monetary value of chosen currency as a report.
To generate a report:
1. Log into MT5 Manager application with your administrator or manager credentials;
2. Go to *Navigator -\> Server Reports -\> Brokeree Solutions -\> Dealing Desk Report;*
3. Specify the required filters: Groups, Time, Symbols and choose a currency of output earnings’ results.
4. Press *Refresh*;
The *Pips* column contains the total number of points of the symbol Dealing Desk had added as a custom slippage to the prices.
*Amount* column displays broker’s profits, made from all deals, that were processed by Dealing Desk for the specified symbol.
Profits are calculated depending on the difference in requested and execution prices, tied to this deal. Profits are converted into USD, using MetaTrader’s native conversion methods. The conversion uses current quotes at the moment the report is requested.

The chart can also be saved in HTML format and opened in a web browser by right-clicking on the report:
### **Dealing Desk MT5 Reports installation**

**NOTE**: Dealing Desk Reports has to be installed only when the main solution is installed and configured
1. Unpack *Brokeree.DealingDesk.Reports-MT5-X.X.X.exe* self-extracting archive by double-clicking on it;
2. Put the extracted *DealingDesk.Reports.dll* file into */Reports* folder of your MT5 trading server;
3. Go to *MT5 Administrator -\> Reports -\> Brokeree Solutions* and double-click on *Dealing Desk Report*;
4. Edit the *AppId* parameter’s value so that it is the same as in your Dealing Desk’s plugin.
